Any third-party claims arising from the use, misuse, or distribution of such AI agent outputs.
1. No Warranty of Workflows or Outputs
All workflows and outputs generated through the platform are provided “as is” and “as available.” GenAI Works makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any workflow, AI agent, or large language model output. User-generated AI agents, workflows, or outputs;

Misuse or unauthorized use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenAI Works shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for lost profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or data breaches, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. GenAI Works’ total cumulative liability for any claims arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to GenAI Works in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
